- Every pool or spa construction begins with an engineering plan created by a state licensed and registered engineer.
- Once the location of the pool is determined, careful and precise excavation of the pool site occurs, followed by placement of gravel, skimmers, main drains, light, piping and steel rebar.
- Then we gunite the pool shell with a minimum gunite thickness of 5 to 6 inches for guaranteed strength and durability.
- Next we install brick coping and set up and pour concrete decks. Neptune decks include a gravel base and steel rebar.
- After the deck pour, state of the art operational equipment is installed.
- We finish the pool by adding a waterline and ceramic tile. The coat of hand trowelled plaster comes last, providing an extra smooth, long lasting surface.
